IGF2BP1-IN-1 inhibits cancer cells proliferation (IC50: 9 nM for A549 cell, 34 nM for HCT116). IGF2BP1-IN-1 induces cancer cell apoptosis. GF2BP1-IN-1 inhibits tumor growth in A549 xenograft mouse model[1].
