Biological Activity: Dibenamine hydrochloride is a competitive and irreversible adrenergic blocking agent and is known to modify the pharmacological effects of epinephrine. Dibenamine hydrochloride cause a significant increase in the rate of destruction of I-epinephrine in the mouse[1][2].
