CDK9-IN-48 (Example 18) (0.00000256-1 μM, 3 days) potently inhibits the proliferation of MOLM-13 acute myeloid leukemia cells, LNCaP prostate cancer cells, and MV-4-11 acute myeloid leukemia cells, with IC₅₀ values of 0.645, 2.34, and 2.24 nM, respectively^[1].
