Biologische Aktivität
ZA3-Ep10 Cas9 mRNA ZNPs (4 h) shows high Cas9 mRNA level in A549 lung cancer cells[4].
ZNPs formulated with the lead ZA3-EP10, are capable of delivering different RNA cargoes including sgRNA, mCherry mRNA, and luciferase mRNA to human ovarian cancer cell line IGROV1[5].
