Capromab (Radiolabeled) (10 nM; 2 h) binds specifically to permeabilized PSMA-expressing LNCaP cells, with minimal unspecific binding to PSMA-negative PC3 cell membranes^[1].
Capromab (¹²⁵I-capromab) (10 nM) retains an immunoreactive fraction of 83 ± 2% when binding to PSMA-expressing LNCaP cell membranes^[1].

In Vivo

Capromab (¹²⁵I-capromab) (3 μg per animal; i.v. (tail vein); single dose) demonstrates specific targeting of PSMA-positive prostate cancer xenografts, as shown by significantly lower uptake in PSMA-negative PC3 xenografts^[1].
