In Vitro

Maydispenoid A (compound 2) exhibits potential inhibitory activity in anti-CD3/anti-CD28 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) stimulated murine splenocytes proliferation, with an IC₅₀ value of 5.28 μM, respectively^[1].
Maydispenoid A suppresses the murine splenocytes proliferation activated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), with an IC₅₀ value of 7.25 μM, respectively^[1].
