CY5-YNE triethylamine
CY5-YNE triethylamine (Sulfo-Cyanine5-alkyne triethylamine) is a class of near-infrared fluorescent dye derivatives used in research related to the labeling of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, and nanomaterials. CY5-YNE triethylamine is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. CY5-YNE triethylamine exhibits photostable emission properties in imaging applications, enabling covalent labeling of azide-modified substrates.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
CY5‑YNE with alkyne functional group enables efficient covalent conjugation with azide moieties; CY5 provides red fluorescent signals[1].
CY5-YNE triethylamine enables the fabrication of charge-patterned mosaic membranes on polyethersulfone ultrafiltration membranes with well-defined fluorescent domains and precisely controlled coverage[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
