Biological Activity
Dacryhainansterone potently binds to insect ecdysteroid receptors in Sf-9 cells with an IC50 of 23 nM[1].
Dacryhainansterone (0.1 μM; 48 h following 24 h post-transfection incubation) acts as an agonist of insect ecdysteroid receptors in Sf-9 cells at a concentration of 0.1 μM[1].
