[DArg10, DAla20] TLQP-21, TLQP-21 (HY-P1345) analogue, is a C3aR agonist (EC₅₀: 87 nM for β-arrestin recruitment). [DArg10, DAla20] TLQP-21 elicits calcium influx. [DArg10, DAla20] TLQP-21 slightly but not significantly potentiates adrenergic-induced lipolysis. [DArg10, DAla20] TLQP-21 can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases, metabolic disorders, and neurological conditions.
