In Vitro

EBOV-GP-IN-1 (Compound 28) (0-80 μM, 2 days) shows cytotoxicity with a CC50 of 5.10 ± 1.56 μM for Huh7 cells in pseudotyped virus assay[1].
EBOV-GP-IN-1 exhibits remarkable selectivity between EBOV-GP and VSV-G (vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein) (Spec. Index = 58)[1].
