Description

EBOV-IN-11 is a protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) inhibitor, with Kd values of 1.88 nM and 8.01 nM against wild-type and quadruple-mutant PP1, respectively. EBOV-IN-11 potently inhibits the replication and transcription of EBOV-eGFP virus. EBOV-IN-11 can be used in studies related to Ebola virus infection[1].

In Vitro

EBOV-IN-11 (Compound C31) (10 μM; 3 d) inhibits the replication of EBOV-eGFP in Vero E6 cells with low initial cytotoxicity[1].
EBOV-IN-11 (100 μM) exhibits <30% cytotoxicity in 293T cells, while it shows no cytotoxicity in PBMCs[1].
EBOV-IN-11 (1-30 μM; 49 h) potently inhibits EBOV replication in Vero E6 cells at concentrations of 3 μM and above, reducing viral titers by 2-3 orders of magnitude[1].
EBOV-IN-11 (10 μM; 48 h) inhibits the transcription of EBOV minigenome in 293T cells, with inhibitory potency comparable to that of 1E7-03[1].
