Description

Moleroxetine (Compound I-b) is a 5-hydroxytryptamine/norepinephrine dual reuptake inhibitor. Moleroxetine can be used in studies related to major depressive disorder^[1]^[2].

In Vitro

SNRI, or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, elevates neurotransmitter levels in the synaptic cleft by simultaneously blocking the reuptake of two monoamine neurotransmitters, and is used in studies of depression, anxiety and chronic pain.
