Euphornin J is a jatrophane diterpenoid found in the aerial parts of Euphorbia helioscopia that increases LDL-uptake rate in liver cells. Euphornin J can be used for the research of hyperlipidemia^[1].

In Vitro

Euphornin J (compound 30) at 5 μM slightly increases LDL uptake rate when tested in HepG2 cells^[1].
