Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (EC 1.2.1.12) is the target of anti-thymocyte and anti-apoptotic agents. Glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase catalyzes the chain oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide by perhydroxyl radicals.

Product Information
This product is recombinantly produced and can be used for enzymatic determination of glycerol and triglycerides after combining with glycerol kinase.
Molecular weight: about 73,600; subunit molecular weight: about 36,800.
pH stability: 6.5 - 10.0, optimum pH 9.0
Km: (90 mM diethylene glycol buffer pH 9.0, 37°C) Glycerol-3-phosphate: 0.119 mM; NAD+: 0.036 mM.
Instructions
Dissolved in ddH2O (25 mg/mL), avoid repeated freezing and thawing, store at 2-8°C and use within 1 week. Or dissolve in buffer according to specific experimental references.
