Biological Activity
GPC3 targeting peptide 1 (Sequence 72) TFA can serve as a GPC3-targeting head, combining or covalently linking with radioactive nuclides to form a radioligand. This type of ligand can specifically deliver radioactive nuclides to tumor cells that express GPC3, thereby killing the tumor cells. If imaging nuclides (such as positron-emitting nuclides) are used, it can also be applied for tumor diagnosis and imaging[1][2].
