Hedgehog IN-7 (Compound 8g) demonstrates cytotoxicity against MIA-PaCa-2 cells (IC50 = 4.11 μM) while exhibiting no cytotoxicity against HEK293 cells (IC50 > 50 μM)[1].
Hedgehog IN-7 (48 h) inhibits Hedgehog signaling in NIH3T3 SHh-Light II cells with an IC50 value of 6.4 μM[1].
