Biological Activity
Ilicicolin A (0, 2.5, 5, 10 µM; 48 h) induces apoptosis in 22Rv1, C4-2B cells[1].
Ilicicolin A (0, 2.5, 5, 10 µM) inhibits cell growth and colony formation in 22Rv1 cells and C4-2B cells in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Ilicicolin A (0, 2.5, 5, 10 µM; 48 h) decreases the protein expression of EZH2, AURKA, PLK1, FoxM1, Cyclin B2, AR, c-Myc, cyclin D1[1].
Ilicicolin A (0, 2.5, 5, 10 µM; 48 h) decreases the mRNA expression of AR, ALK2, ALK3 in a dose-dependent manner[1].
