ACT-007
ACT-007 is an indolocarbazole alkaloid derived from Actinomadura sp., which selectively inhibits the proliferation of lung cancer cells and induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in breast cancer cells. ACT-007 can be applied in the research of lung cancer and breast cancer.

体外実験
ACT-007 (compound 2) induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in temperature-sensitive mouse breast cancer tsFT210 cells[1].
ACT-007 selectively inhibits the proliferation of human lung cancer A549 cells[1].
ACT-007 does not exhibit significant antiproliferative activity against human acute myeloid leukemia MV4-11 cells, human breast cancer MCF-7 cells, human gastric cancer MKN-45 cells, human colorectal cancer HCT-116 cells, and human bladder cancer 5637 cells, with its IC50 value exceeding 1000 nM[1].
ACT-007 (0.0001-10 μM; 48 h) exhibits no antiproliferative activity against HCT-116, 5637, MKN-45, MV-4-11, or MCF-7 human cancer cell lines, with IC50 values > 1000 nM across all tested cell lines[1].
