DHFR-IN-2 (compound 4e) is a potent and uncompetitive inhibitor for MtDHFR (dihydrofolate reductase from M. tuberculosis), with an IC50 of 7 μM. DHFR-IN-2 can be used for tuberculosis (TB) research.
