LSD1 PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand-inker conjugate (Thalidomide-NH-C4) (HY-178827) and the other is for Ligands of LSD1 target protein (Compound LI-1) (LSD1-IN-45) (HY-178826). PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
