Pleioside A (compound 1) (40 μM; 48 h) inhibits ConA-induced mouse T cell proliferation^[1].
Pleioside A (400 nM-40 μM; 48 h) significantly stimulates LPS (HY-D1056)-induced proliferation of mouse B lymphocytes, with a strong stimulatory effect observed at 40 μM^[1].
