CDK2-IN-57 (Compound 22) potently inhibits the purified Cdk2/CycE complex with an IC₅₀ of 2.8 nM^[1].
CDK2-IN-57 (20 nM-100 μM; 48 h) induces dose-responsive cell cycle arrest at G₀ and reduced viability in HCT-116 colon cancer cells^[1].
