In Vivo

Clausine I (0.2 mg/mL; 3-minute pre-incubation with platelets) significantly inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation induced by 100 μM arachidonic acid and 10 μg/mL collagen, but showed no clear inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by 2 ng/mL platelet-activating factor^[1].
