CTP-NBD is a cell permeable specific NFκB peptide inhibitor. CTP-NBD could be used in colitis study^[1]^[2]

All NF-κB Isoforms :

In Vitro

CTP-NBD (200 μM, 6 h) inhibits TNF-α induced luciferase activity in HCT116 cells^[1].
CTP-NBD (200 μM, 6 h) inhibits the expression of IL-8, INOS and COX-2 in RAW264.7 cells^[1].
