DBCO-PEG3-AP1867 successfully undergoes SPAAC reaction with azide-modified c-Myc-binding oligonucleotides to form a bifunctional OGTAC construct targeting c-Myc^[1].
DBCO-PEG3-AP1867-derived OGTAC (1 μg/mL; 24 h) potently induces O-GlcNAcylation of c-Myc and the proximity interaction between c-Myc and OGT in HEK293T-fOGT cells overexpressing Flag-c-Myc^[1].
DBCO-PEG3-AP1867-derived OGTAC (0.1-5 μg/mL; 24 h) significantly reduces the viability of HeLa-fOGT cells^[1].
DBCO-PEG3-AP1867-derived OGTAC (1 μg/mL; 24 h) remodels the genomic occupancy of c-Myc and significantly downregulates MALAT1 expression in a c-Myc O-GlcNAcylation-dependent manner in HeLa-fOGT cells and HEK293T-fOGT cells overexpressing c-Myc^[1].
