PSP–NH2 was incubated with DOTA–NHS–ester for 1 h and conjugated with mPEG–NHS. Then, the particles were mixed with ⁶⁴Cu (OAc)₂ at 50 ℃ for 1 h to obtain the ⁶⁴Cu-labelled PSP. PSP@Ab@PEG exhibited increased blood circulation in BALB/c mice with blood clearance half-life periods found to be 12 min.
