Fluo-3 sodium
Fluo-3 sodium is a cell-impermeable calcium ion (Ca2+) indicator. Fluo-3 sodium itself is not fluorescent, but it becomes fluorescent after binding to calcium ions (Ex/Em = 488/525 nm).
