MPI3 is a reversible covalent SARS-CoV-2 M_Pro inhibitor with an enzymatic IC₅₀ of 8.5 nM. MPI3 can be used for the research of covid-19^[1].

In Vitro

MPI3 potently inhibits purified SARS-CoV-2 M_Pro with an enzymatic IC₅₀ of 0.0085 μM^[1].
MPI3 (72 h) shows weak cellular inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 M_Pro in transiently transfected HEK293T/17 cells, with a cellular IC₅₀ greater than 2 μM^[1].
MPI3 weakly inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells, with an antiviral EC₅₀ greater than 5 μM^[1].
