YIGSRC peptide (1.25 mM; 24 h) acetate causes a minor, statistically significant increase in the area of human umbilical vein endothelial cells in microfiber network hydrogels, though the hydrogel's porous microstructure has a more dominant effect on cellular spreading[1].
