m-Tolyl-β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid
m-Tolyl-β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid (m-Cresylglucuronide) is the glucuronide conjugate metabolite of m-Cresol (HY-Y0968), which is biosynthesized and isolated from rat urine. m-Tolyl-β-D-glucopyranosiduronic acid can be hydrolyzed by β-glucuronidase to release m-Cresol.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
m-Cresylglucuronide is a metabolite of m-cresol in 11 species of freshwater fish; after 48 h of water immersion exposure to sublethal concentrations of m-cresol, 63%-74% of the 14C-labeled m-cresol recovered in fish bile exists in the form of this glucuronide conjugate[1].
