Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Macropa-4-(4-(3-butylthioureido)phenethoxy)picolinic can be labled with Actinium-225 to synthesis PSMA-Targeted Actinium-225 Conjugate[1].
PSMA-Targeted Actinium-225 Conjugate exhibits potent, dose-dependent cytotoxicity in PSMA-expressing C4-2, LNCaP, MDA-PCa-2b, and 22Rv1 prostate cancer cells, but not in PSMA-negative PC-3 and DU-145 prostate cancer cells[1].
PSMA-Targeted Actinium-225 Conjugate induces G2/M cell cycle arrest, dose-dependent reactive oxygen species formation, and DNA damage in PSMA-expressing C4-2, LNCaP, and 22Rv1 prostate cancer cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. .
