Mal-PEG2000-NHS ester is a heterobifunctional polyethylene glycol (PEG) derivative with a molecular weight of around 2000 Daltons. Biological Activity
Mal-PEG5000-NHS ester acts as a heterobifunctional PEG linker, which conjugates the cyclic NGR (cNGR) peptide to thiolated branched polyethyleneimine (BPEI-SH) via a Michael addition reaction in the one-pot synthesis of the multifunctional gene vector BPEI-SS-PEG-cNGR[1].
