Biological Activity
Mammea E/BA (Compound 14) (72 h) potently inhibits the viability of SW-480, HT-29 and HCT-116 human colon cancer cells, with IC50 values of 13.9 μM, 11.2 μM and 10.7 μM, respectively, after 72 h of incubation[1].
