MPI3 is a reversible covalent SARS-CoV-2 MPro inhibitor with an enzymatic IC50 of 8.5 nM. MPI3 can be used for the research of covid-19[1].

In Vitro

MPI3 potently inhibits purified SARS-CoV-2 MPro with an enzymatic IC50 of 0.0085 μM[1].
MPI3 (72 h) shows weak cellular inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 MPro in transiently transfected HEK293T/17 cells, with a cellular IC50 greater than 2 μM[1].
MPI3 weakly inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells, with an antiviral EC50 greater than 5 μM[1].
