MRG004A Antibody activates the STING pathway via proteasome-dependent degradation of TREX1, leading to cytosolic micronuclei accumulation, increased STING pathway phosphorylation, and STING-dependent induction of CCL5 and CXCL10 mRNA in HPAF-II, BxPC3, MDA-231, and HCC1806 cells[1].
MRG004A Antibody (15 μg/mL; 24 h for cytokine secretion, 48 h for viability) increases CXCL10 and IFN−γ secretion and reduces tumor cell viability in HPAF-II, BxPC3, or MDA-231 cells co-cultured with PBMCs[1].
