NH2-PEG10000-NH2
NH2-PEG10000-NH2 is a PEG (MW = 10000) derivative with NH2 groups at both ends. NH2-PEG-NH2 can be used as a crosslinking agent in bioconjugation, hydrogel preparation, and nanotechnology, and can form stable amide bonds with active carboxyl groups or NHS ester groups.

Biological Activity
NH2-PEG-NH2 can be used for amine functionalization of magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) and subsequent fluorescent/targeted ligand coupling, but the double-terminated amino groups easily lead to nanoparticle bridging and aggregation, shortening blood circulation time[1].
NH2-PEG-NH2 is a key bifunctional linker for preparing folic acid-PEG-lipid derivatives. Its flexible PEG chain can reduce steric hindrance and maintain the binding ability of folic acid to folic acid receptors[2].
NH2-PEG800-NH2 can improve the surface bioactivity of bioinert 3D carbon fiber/carbon composites (3D C/C), enabling it to induce apatite deposition in simulated body fluid (SBF)[3].
NH2-PEG5000-NH2 is an effective surface stabilizer for obtaining low-toxicity, cell-labelable zinc oxide quantum dots (ZnO QDs)[4].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
