Palladium trifluoroacetate
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Palladium trifluoroacetate is a catalyst. Palladium trifluoroacetate catalyzes the conversion of substituted cyclohexenes to aromatic products and mediates the dechlorination of 3-chlorocyclohexene. Palladium trifluoroacetate mediates the heterogeneous isomerization of 1-hexene, a reaction that is inhibited by molecular oxygen. Palladium trifluoroacetate participates in the stoichiometric conversion of tetralin to naphthalene at elevated temperatures.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Palladium trifluoroacetate catalyzes the oxidative dehydrogenation of cycloalkenes to produce aromatic hydrocarbons, with molecular oxygen serving as the hydrogen acceptor; meanwhile, under oxygen-deficient or inert conditions, it also mediates the heterogeneous disproportionation of cycloalkenes[1].
