PDL1 degrader-4
PDL1 degrader-4 is a PD-L1 degrader that induces PD-L1 degradation via the LAMP2-mediated lysosomal pathway, with a Kd value of 5.58 μM. PDL1 degrader-4 induces anti-tumor immunity through PD-L1 degradation. PDL1 degrader-4 is applicable to research related to non-small cell lung cancer.

Biological Activity
PDL1 degrader-4 (Compound 7a) (0.78-12.5 μM) binds directly to recombinant human LAMP2 protein with a KD of 5.58 μM[1].
PDL1 degrader-4 (10-40 μM; 24 h) downregulates PD-L1 expression in NSCLC H460 cells in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner, with strong activity observed at 20 μM for 24 h[1].
PDL1 degrader-4 (5-10 μM; 24 h) enhances T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against NSCLC H460 cells in a dose-dependent manner without exerting direct cytotoxicity on H460 cells[1].
PDL1 degrader-4 (20 μM; 24 h) requires LAMP2 for its PD-L1-degrading activity in NSCLC H460 cells, as LAMP2 knockdown abolishes the compound's PD-L1-downregulating effect[1].
