Biological Activity
(R)-Chloro-butylphthalide-O-NBP (compound R-30) (0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM) demonstrates significant improvement in PC12 cell survival under OGD/R conditions[1].
(R)-Chloro-butylphthalide-O-NBP (0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM) significantly reduces LDH release in OGD/R-injured PC12 cells[1].
