RdRP-IN-11
RdRP-IN-11 is a non-nucleoside dengue virus RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) inhibitor that binds to the palm subdomain of DENV NS5 RdRp, with an IC50 of 23 nM and a Kd of 7 nM. RdRP-IN-11 exhibits antiviral activity against all four dengue serotypes. RdRP-IN-11 can be used for dengue-related research.

RdRP-IN-11 (compound 29) exhibits high biochemical potency and binding affinity against DENV-4 NS5 RdRp, with an IC50 of 23 nM and an SPR-Kd of 7 nM[1].
RdRP-IN-11 exhibits antiviral activity against DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, and DENV-4 in A549 cells, with EC50 values of 6.3, 14, 3.8, and 10 μM[1].
