Jagged-1/JAG1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc)

Jagged-1/JAG1 protein is a ligand for multiple Notch receptors and crucially mediates Notch signaling through interactions with NOTCH1, NOTCH2, and NOTCH3. Its role in hematopoiesis suggests its involvement in the regulation of blood cell development. Jagged-1/JAG1 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived Jagged-1/JAG1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
