NKG2DL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi)

Customer Review

Based on 1 Customer Validation

NKG2DL2 Protein activates KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, promoting natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Importantly, it does not bind beta2-microglobulin, confirmed by research findings. NKG2DL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived NKG2DL2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.

Biological Activity

Description

NKG2DL2 Protein activates KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, promoting natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Importantly, it does not bind beta2-microglobulin, confirmed by research findings. NKG2DL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived NKG2DL2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.

Background

The NKG2DL2 protein functions by binding to and activating the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, thereby facilitating natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Its interaction with KLRK1/NKG2D has been documented. Notably, this protein does not exhibit binding affinity to beta2-microglobulin, as indicated by research findings.

Verified Bioactivity

Immobilized Biotinylated Human ULBP-2 His at 1 μg/mL (100μL/Well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5 μg/mL). Dose response curve for Human NKG2D hFc with the EC50 of <2 μg/mL determined by ELISA.
