ROS kinases-IN-2 (10 μM) exhibits an inhibition rate of 21.53% for ROS kinase[1].
ROS kinases-IN-2 (1-100 μM; 1 day) exhibits EC50s of 25 μM and 29 μM to LN18 cells and UI18 cells, respectively, while showing >100 μM to HeLa cells, U138 cells and U87 cells[1].
