SARS-CoV-2-IN-45 (Compound 8p) is a SARS-CoV-2 inhibitor. SARS-CoV-2-IN-45 inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication in Calu-3 cell with an EC50 of 0.5 μM, and has no evident cytotoxic effect.
