FGIN 1-27 (Standard) is the analytical standard of FGIN 1-27 (HY-101059). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. FGIN-1-27 is a blood-brain barrier-penetrant TSPO ligand with a Ki value of 5 nM. FGIN 1-27 inhibits PKC-β, PKA/CREB, p38/ERK MAPK, MITF, tyrosinase, TRP-1, and TRP-2, thereby inhibiting melanogenesis and pigmentation. FGIN-1-27 alleviates X-ray radiation-induced astrocyte mitochondrial hyperfunction, reduces ROS and superoxide production, inhibits excessive activation of A1-type astrocytes, downregulates GFAP and C3 protein expression, and restores astrocyte proliferative capacity. FGIN-1-27 produces anticonvulsant effects in normal mice; in diazepam-withdrawn mice, the brain MDR pathway becomes subsensitive, and the anticonvulsant activity disappears. FGIN-1-27 attenuates pigmentation in zebrafish embryos and ameliorates UVB-induced skin pigmentation in guinea pigs. FGIN-1-27 directly stimulates testicular Leydig cells while upregulating luteinizing hormone levels, causing an acute increase in serum testosterone in male rats. FGIN 1-27 can be used for research related to hyperpigmentation, epilepsy, brain injury, and other diseases .

Synonyms: Bioban-C, meets analytical specification of E282 (Standard)
Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 (Standard) (Bioban-C, meets analytical specification of E282 (Standard)) is the analytical standard of Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 (HY-B1580A). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 is a calcium salt of Propionic acid with oral activity, which can be hydrolyzed into propionate and calcium ions. Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 elevates intracellular ROS levels in tumor cells, depletes GSH, reduces mitochondrial membrane potential, and thereby induces tumor cell apoptosis. In mouse colitis models, Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 modulates inflammatory factors such as IFN-γ, calprotectin, and Pglyrp3, ameliorating intestinal inflammation and metabolic disorders. In ruminants, Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 serves as a gluconeogenic precursor, regulating rumen fermentation and microbial diversity; in high-fat diet rats, it alters gut microbiota composition and affects blood biochemical parameters. Calcium propionate, meets analytical specification of E282 is commonly used as a food and feed additive, and is also used in research related to hypocalcemia, dyslipidemia, colitis, and lung cancer .

Synonyms: RG7388-d3-1
Idasanutlin-d3-1 (RG7388-d3-1) is the deuterated-labeled Idasanutlin (HY-15676). Idasanutlin (RG7388) is an orally bioavailable MDM2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 6 nM. Idasanutlin disrupts MDM2-p53 binding, stabilizes and activates p53, triggering cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, and reduced cancer cell viability. Idasanutlin reduces EGFR protein expression and phosphorylation, suppresses downstream SHP2, MEK1/2, ERK1/2, AKT, mTOR, p70(S6K1), and S6 signaling. Idasanutlin induces mitochondrial ROS production, drives p38 MAPK phosphorylation, upregulates NOXA, and mediates caspase-3-dependent apoptosis and gasdermin E-mediated pyroptosis. Idasanutlin can be used for the research of TP53-mutant non-small cell lung cancer, T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, colorectal carcinoma, melanoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome, neuroblastoma, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia, osteosarcoma, solid tumors, and hematological tumors .

NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator-1 is an orally active NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator. NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator-1 competitively binds to the SAM pocket of NSD2, potently inhibits NSD2 expression and suppresses H3K36me2 methylation. NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator-1 reverses epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), inhibits cell migration, and induces G0/G1 phase arrest and apoptosis. NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator-1 induces decreased Mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and subsequent Reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation. NSD2/H3K36me2 modulator-1 can be used to research the NSD2-targeting epigenetic anticancer strategies for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .
