NO-Pravastatin is a derivative of Pravastatin (HY-B0165) covalently linked with an NO donor moiety, endowing it with dual functions of HMG-CoA reductase (HMGCR) inhibition and exogenous nitric oxide (NO) release. NO-Pravastatin activates PPARα/γ and ABCA1, and inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced TNFα production. NO-Pravastatin can be used in research related to gallstones and cardiovascular diseases [1] .

4F-P-4F peptide is an apoA-I mimetic peptide with a class A amphipathic α-helical structure that acts on ABCA1 and SR-B. 4F-P-4F peptide induces cholesterol efflux from cholesterol-loaded mouse macrophages and promotes HDL remodeling in plasma. 4F-P-4F peptide can be used in research on asthma and atherosclerosis [1] .

S23515 is a highly selective I1 imidazoline receptor (I1R) agonist with a Ki value of 6.4 nM. S23515 modulates central cardiovascular functions, induces hypotension and bradycardia, shows no affinity for α-adrenergic receptors, and cannot cross the blood-brain barrier. S23515 inhibits oxidosqualene-lanosterol cyclase (OSC) and cholesterol synthesis, induces the production of (24S,25)-Epoxycholesterol (HY-W040150), and upregulates the expression of ABCA1 and ABCG1 in human macrophages. S23515 is applicable to research related to dyslipidemia and hypertension [1] .

PPAR agonist 8 is an orally active pan-PPAR agonist, with KD values of 0.576 μM, 2.06 μM and 1.45 μM for PPARα, PPARγ and PPARδ, respectively. PPAR agonist 8 upregulates the expression of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) and promotes cholesterol efflux. PPAR agonist 8 reduces plasma cholesterol levels, decreases cholesterol accumulation in the liver and cholesterol deposition in pancreatic islets, regulates glucose and lipid metabolism, and causes no side effects of weight gain and obesity. PPAR agonist 8 can be used in the research of type 2 diabetes, hepatic steatosis and pancreatic islet dysfunction [1].

SKLB06489 is a selective and orally active inhibitor of type I PRMT enzymes, with IC50 values of 64.55 nM (PRMT1), 4.21 nM (PRMT6), and 51.27 nM (PRMT8). SKLB06489 inhibits cell proliferation, colony formation, DNA replication, and DNA damage repair in cancer cells. SKLB06489 induces G0/G1-phase cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells. SKLB06489 enhances intracellular cholesterol efflux via ABCA1 and ABCG1 upregulation, disrupts cholesterol metabolic homeostasis, and suppresses tumor growth in subcutaneous xenograft models. SKLB06489 can be used for the research of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) [1].

Dihydroparadol is a iNOS inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.24 μM, and it is found in ginger. Dihydroparadol partially inhibits the catalytic activity of iNOS, blocks the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65, reduces NF-κB activity, and attenuates lipopolysaccharide-induced degradation of IκB-α, thereby inhibiting NF-κB-mediated iNOS gene expression and protein production. Dihydroparadol inhibits lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide production in macrophages and exhibits anti-inflammatory activity. Dihydroparadol increases ABCA1 protein abundance by elevating mRNA levels and reducing proteasomal degradation, and also increases ABCG1 protein abundance by enhancing protein stability. Dihydroparadol promotes cholesterol efflux from cholesterol-loaded macrophages via apolipoprotein A1-mediated and plasma-mediated pathways. Dihydroparadol inhibits PDGF-induced vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation, shows no cytotoxicity to vascular smooth muscle cells within the tested concentration range, and does not interfere with endothelial cell proliferation. Dihydroparadol can be used in the research of inflammatory diseases, atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases [1] .
