Guanosine 3',5'-bisdiphosphate (ppGpp) is a guanosine derivative that inhibits guanylate kinase. Guanosine 3',5'-bisdiphosphate binds to the β' subunit of plastid-encoded bacterial-type RNA polymerase, inhibits the catalytic activity of guanylate kinase, and regulates chloroplast translation and GTP biosynthesis. Guanosine 3',5'-bisdiphosphate acts as a plant chloroplast signaling molecule and a global bacterial regulator, and plays a role in microbial persistence. Guanosine 3',5'-bisdiphosphate is applicable to biosynthesis-related research .

Antimicrobial agent-46 is a inhibitor of Salmonella typhimurium serine acetyltransferase (StSAT) with an IC50 of 48.6 μM. Antimicrobial agent-46 inhibits bacterial growth in minimal medium lacking cysteine (LB 20%). Antimicrobial agent-46 exerts its effect by targeting the cysteine biosynthesis pathway, which is crucial for bacterial persistence and adaptability. Antimicrobial agent-46 exhibits antibacterial activity against the Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli. Antimicrobial agent-46 can be used in infection-related research .

Muraymycin D2 is a peptidyl nucleoside natural product derived from Streptomyces spp., possessing competitive translocase I (MraY) inhibitory activity and antibacterial activity. Muraymycin D2 competitively binds to the nucleotide-binding pocket of the MraY substrate via its nucleoside moiety, and upon binding, induces a conformational change in MraY, blocking lipid I synthesis and inhibiting peptidoglycan biosynthesis. Muraymycin D2 exhibits a Ki of 7.6 nM against Bacillus subtilis and an IC50 of 0.39 nM against Staphylococcus aureus. Muraymycin D2 shows antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and is capable of breaking persistence in chlamydial infection. Muraymycin D2 can be used for research on bacterial infection-related studies, such as chlamydial infection .

RMR-Tre is a fluorescent probe targeting the mycobacterial acyltransferase Ag85. Under the catalysis of Ag85, RMR-Tre undergoes 6-position mycoloylation and anchors to the mycobacterial membrane, while achieving fluorescence activation by inhibiting the intramolecular twisted charge transfer state transition. RMR-Tre can distinguish live mycobacteria from dead ones through metabolism-driven labeling, enabling rapid, wash-free, low-background detection of viable bacteria. RMR-Tre reports the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis via the trehalose catalytic shift activity readout associated with TreS. In addition, RMR-Tre can be combined with flow cytometry or high-content imaging techniques to visualize and quantitatively analyze the metabolic heterogeneity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis related to persistence and drug resistance. RMR-Tre is widely used in tuberculosis-related research .

Anti-CD19 Antibody (FMC63) is an antibody that binds to CD19, with a human Kd value ranging from 0.42 nM to 149 nM. Anti-CD19 Antibody (FMC63) mediates tumor cell killing, cytokine secretion, stable CAR expression, T cell activation and memory differentiation. Anti-CD19 Antibody (FMC63) fails to eliminate lymphoma cells carrying CD19 point mutations or co-expressing FMC63-CAR19, induces higher levels of activation-induced cell death, and reduces cell persistence. Anti-CD19 Antibody (FMC63) can be used in research related to B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, etc .
