Sialorphin is a neutral endopeptidase (NEP) and aminopeptidase N (APN) inhibitor that responds to androgen signals. Sialorphin blocks the degradation of endogenous opioid peptides and interacts with μ-, δ-, κ-opioid receptors. Sialorphin regulates the ERK/mTOR signaling pathway by inducing cell cycle arrest, enhancing ERK1/2 activity, and reducing the phosphorylation levels of mTOR, 4E-BP1, p70S6K; accordingly, Sialorphin exhibits antiproliferative activity against colorectal cancer, glioma and prostate cancer cells without cytotoxicity. In addition, Sialorphin also produces antinociceptive responses, regulates sexual behavior, relaxes corpus cavernosum smooth muscle, and alleviates experimental colitis. Sialorphin is also a copper (II) ion-binding ligand. Sialorphin has been used in mechanistic studies related to cancer, pain management and inflammatory bowel disease .

D-Histidine (Standard) is the analytical standard of D-Histidine (HY-W012572). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. D-Histidine is an anti-biofilm agent that targets bacterial quorum sensing systems (such as RhlI/RhlR pathway) and has antibacterial activity. D-Histidine works by non-covalently binding to bacterial regulatory factors or copper ion complexes, selectively inhibiting bacterial biofilm formation and motility. D-Histidine downregulates quorum sensing-related gene expression, reduces the synthesis of virulence factors (such as alginate and proteases), and interferes with bacterial membrane stability, inhibiting biofilm formation, promoting the disintegration of mature biofilms, and enhancing antibiotic sensitivity. D-Histidine is also an efficient catalyst for the salt-induced peptide formation (SIPF) reaction, which promotes the condensation of amino acids to form dipeptides (such as dialanine and dilysine) by forming a complex with copper ions (Cu 2+) .

Calcitroic acid is a water-soluble terminal vitamin D metabolite and also a ligand for vitamin D receptor (VDR). Calcitroic acid binds to the ligand-binding domain of VDR, forms a retinoic X receptor complex, recruits the coactivator peptide MED1, mediates partial VDR-dependent transcription, inhibits Calcitriol (HY-10002)-induced VDR activation, and reduces the transcription level of CYP24A1 in the presence of 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. Calcitroic acid exerts selective activating effects on VDR, upregulates the expression of CYP24A1 and CYP3A4, decreases the transcription levels of iNOS and IL-1β, reduces the secretion of nitric oxide and IL-1β, and possesses metabolic stability due to its resistance to phase I oxidation and hepatic glucuronidation. Calcitroic acid can be used in research related to colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and rickets .

Echistatin is a naturally derived RGD-containing snake venom peptide. Echistatin exhibits an IC50 of 0.6 nM against mouse αvβ3 integrin, and acts as an antagonist against αvβ3, αIIbβ3, α5β1 integrins, pp125 FAK and paxillin. Echistatin reduces the phosphorylation of pp125 FAK and paxillin, inhibits the autophosphorylation and kinase activity of pp125 FAK, and weakens its binding to pp60src and paxillin. Echistatin disrupts the actin cytoskeleton and focal adhesions, induces melanoma cell detachment from fibronectin, and regulates cell adhesion and motility. Echistatin inhibits osteoclast maturation and migration, bone resorption, platelet aggregation, bone loss, as well as adhesion and metastasis of Lewis lung cancer cells; it also increases the number of osteoclasts and bone coverage area in mice with secondary hyperparathyroidism. Echistatin can be used in research related to melanoma, lung cancer and secondary hyperparathyroidism .

JMJD1C-IN-1 is an orally active and selective inhibitor of JMJD1C (IC50 = 0.59 μM, Kd = 1.96 μM). JMJD1C-IN-1 inhibits the binding of JMJD1C to H3K9me2 peptide substrate in the HTRF assay (IC50 = 1.47 μM). JMJD1C-IN-1 disrupts intratumoral regulatory T (Treg) cell fitness by dual mechanisms: promoting H3K9me2 accumulation to downregulate PD1 expression and reducing STAT3 demethylation to enhance STAT3 activation. JMJD1C-IN-1 demonstrates dose-dependent antitumor efficacy in multiple mouse tumor models (MCA205 fibrosarcoma, B16-F10 melanoma, LLC lung cancer, Hepa1-6 hepatocellular carcinoma, CT26 colorectal cancer). JMJD1C-IN-1 can be used for the study of tumor immunotherapy by selectively targeting intratumoral Treg cells .
