SR11237 (BMS-649) GMP is SR11237 (HY-107413) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. SR11237 is a RXR activator and lipid metabolism regulator that promotes the differentiation of induced neural stem cells into dopaminergic (TH-positive) neurons. SR11237 induces transcriptional regulation of lipogenic genes and cholesterol transporters, increases glycosaminoglycan release, and elevates total cellular triglyceride levels. SR11237 promotes heterodimerization of RXR with Nurr1, thereby enhancing tyrosine hydroxylase expression and facilitating dopamine release. SR11237 produces a synergistic effect when used in combination with bFGF/EGF. SR11237 is mainly used in studies related to osteoarthritis and Parkinson's disease .

SVC112 is a translation elongation inhibitor that prevents the cyclic dissociation of EF2 from the ribosome, thereby inhibiting the elongation step of translation. SVC112 shows activity in growth inhibition among cancer cell lines of various origins (acute myeloid leukemia (AML), multiple myeloma (Myeloma), colorectal cancer (CRC), and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)). SVC112 preferentially impedes ribosomal processing of mRNAs, and decreaseds CSC-related proteins including Myc and Sox2. SVC112 induces apoptosis in hematologic cancer cell lines, while phosphorylation of c-Myc correlates with sensitivity to SVC112 in colorectal cancer cell lines. SVC112 inactivates HNSCC stem cells in vitro and prevents the regrowth of HNSCC tumor xenografts in mice. SVC112 can be used for the study of HNSCC .

Multi-target kinase-IN-9 is a multi-target enzyme inhibitor with antiproliferative and antiangiogenic activities, and exhibits remarkable selectivity against hepatocellular carcinoma cells. By broadly binding to the active sites or ATP-binding regions of multiple key enzymes including DNA polymerase β, Pyruvate Kinase M2 (PKM2), Multi-target kinase-IN-9 comprehensively disrupts DNA repair and replication, glycolysis, chromatin dynamics and transcriptional programs, and blocks the self-renewal of cancer stem cells. Multi-target kinase-IN-9 induces genomic instability, lysosomal dysfunction and autophagic flux impairment, thereby triggering tumor cell death, effectively inhibiting tumor proliferation, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis, and significantly reducing tumor volume in xenograft models. Multi-target kinase-IN-9 is applicable to hepatocellular carcinoma-related research .

Hematopathy, also known as hematopoietic system diseases, are a class of diseases that hematopoietic system has abnormal changes. Common hematopathy include: aplastic anemia, myeloproliferative diseases, thalassemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma and hemophilia, etc. In recent years, treatments for hematopathy have been developed. In particular, the treatment of malignant hematopathy developed from chemotherapy, radiotherapy, bone marrow development to immunotherapy, induced differentiation therapy, cell therapy, gene therapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Although these therapies have greatly improved the survival rate of patients, there are still problems such as low cure rate and easy recurrence in the treatment of hematopathy. Therefore, it is of great significance to actively search for new hematopathy therapeutic drugs.

MCE designs a unique collection of 4,388 anti-hematopathy small molecules, which is an effective tool for development and research of anti-hematopathy compounds.

Feruloyl esterase is a subclass of carboxylesterases that hydrolyzes the ester linkages between hydroxycinnamic acids and arabinoxylan/pectin polysaccharides in plant cell walls. Feruloyl esterase can hydrolyze ethyl ferulate to release ferulic acid, disrupt plant cell wall structure, promote fiber swelling, and facilitate cellulase hydrolysis. Feruloyl esterase synergizes with xylanase by removing ferulic acid side chains, thereby promoting efficient hydrolysis of xylan into monomers. Feruloyl esterase acts as a virulence factor for Verticillium dahliae VdFAE and Magnaporthe oryzae Fae1, facilitating host infection and colonization. Feruloyl esterase promotes the degradation of cotton GhDFR through binding to its NADPH domain, thereby inhibiting flavonoid-mediated innate immunity and inducing cell death in Nicotiana benthamiana. Feruloyl esterase can be used in studies related to verticillium wilt and rice blast .
