Elsulfavirine (Standard) is the analytical standard of Elsulfavirine (HY-109056). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Elsulfavirine (R-1206) is an orally active human carbonic anhydrase (carbonic anhydrase, CA) inhibitor and an allosteric inhibitor of HIV-1 non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase (NNRT). Elsulfavirine also targets and blocks the interaction between adenylosuccinate lyase (ADSL) and insulin-induced gene proteins INSIG1/2, blocks SREBP-1-mediated de novo lipid synthesis, and inhibits the proliferation of liver cancer cells. The combination of Elsulfavirine and Lenvatinib (HY-10981) produces a synergistic anti-tumor effect. Elsulfavirine is converted into the active metabolite VM1500A in vivo, blocks the DNA polymerase activity of reverse transcriptase, and inhibits HIV-1 replication. Elsulfavirine exhibits a Ki of 1960 nM-52400 nM against human carbonic anhydrase isoforms including I, VII, VI, VA, VB, IX, XIII, XIV. Elsulfavirine is used in studies related to HIV-1 infection and liver cancer .

ZnPc-PEG2-VH032 is a VHL-pathway-dependent photodegradation targeting chimera (PDTAC) and cytotoxic agent. ZnPc-PEG2-VH032 (HY-120217) binds to the VHL ligand domain, and then specifically degrades VHL under light irradiation, a process independent of non-specific ROS-mediated protein damage. ZnPc-PEG2-VH032 uses Zinc phthalocyanine (HY-19204) as a photosensitizer, and generates ROS via type I and type II photodynamic pathways under 680 nm LED irradiation. On one hand, it targets and degrades the bound VHL protein through ROS; on the other hand, it exerts direct photodynamic cytotoxicity. Meanwhile, the degradation of VHL downregulates the phosphorylation level of CDK2/4, induces cell cycle arrest in tumor cells, further enhances the sensitivity of tumor cells to oxidative damage caused by ROS, and achieves a synergistic anti-tumor effect. ZnPc-PEG2-VH032 exerts significant in vivo efficacy in an orthotopic mouse model of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) .

CAS No.: 9002-89-5
Synonyms: Polyvinyl alcohol (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization); Poly(Ethenol) (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization)
PVA (Polyvinyl alcohol) (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) is a nonionic ethanol homopolymer with hydrophilicity, water solubility and biodegradability. PVA (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) exhibits biocompatibility, non-toxicity and non-carcinogenicity, as well as antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and fungal strains. PVA (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) can serve as a solubilizer, stabilizer, mucoadhesive agent and sustained-release agent, and has a synergistic solubilizing effect on voriconazole/sulfobutyl ether β-cyclodextrin complexes. By stabilizing such complexes, PVA (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) forms freeze-thaw hydrogels with high mucoadhesion, sustained drug release and ex vivo corneal permeability. When compounded with hyaluronic acid hydrogels, PVA (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) supports chondrocyte growth in vitro, and also forms complexes with Cu 2+, Co 2+, Ni 2+ and Zn 2+ ions. PVA (Mw 27000, 98-99% hydrolyzed, ~600 polymerization) can be used in studies related to fungal keratitis, bacterial infections and fungal infections .

Alpelisib GMP is Alpelisib (HY-15244) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. Alpelisib (BYL-719) is an orally active PI3Kα-selective inhibitor that blocks the conversion of PIP2 to PIP3, thereby inhibiting pathways including PI3K/AKT/mTOR, MAPK/ERK, Notch and JAK-STAT. Alpelisib also induces apoptosis, G0/G1 phase arrest and senescence; it significantly inhibits the proliferation, self-renewal, stemness and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of tumor cells, reduces cancer stem cell populations and decreases the expression of stem cell markers. Alpelisib not only enhances the sensitivity to Eribulin (HY-13442) and exerts a synergistic effect with Paclitaxel (HY-B0015), but may also induce drug resistance by upregulating the SGK3/GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway. Alpelisib can be applied to research related to breast cancer, gastric cancer and lipomas associated with PTEN hamartoma tumor syndrome .

PROTAC PI3K/110β degrader-2 is a VHL-recruiting PI3K/110β PROTAC degrader, with DC50 values of 1.258 μM and 2.185 μM in MCF-7/ADM and A549/DDP cells, respectively. PROTAC PI3K/110β degrader-2 induces proteasomal degradation of PI3K/110β, inhibits phosphorylation of AKT and expression of Bcl-2, while suppressing the activity and expression of P-gp. It also induces endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitochondrial apoptosis via the PERK/CHOP pathway. PROTAC PI3K/110β degrader-2 exerts anti-tumor activity against multidrug-resistant cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo, and produces a synergistic effect when combined with Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) or Cisplatin (HY-17394), making it applicable for the research of multidrug-resistant cancers .

TDI-015051 is a highly selective, orally active antiviral agent that targets the coronavirus NSP14 guanine-N7 methyltransferase. TDI-015051 binds to substrates in a non-competitive manner and forms a stable ternary complex, precisely blocking the capping and methylation processes of viral mRNA. TDI-015051 potently inhibits a variety of coronaviruses (including SARS-CoV-2 and MERS). By impairing viral replication and translation and inducing a moderate type I interferon-mediated immune response, it significantly reduces pulmonary viral load and exhibits a synergistic effect with Nirmatrelvir (HY-138687). In addition, TDI-015051 does not inhibit non-coronavirus methyltransferases, and the drug-resistant mutations it induces impair viral fitness, demonstrating excellent antiviral properties and safety. TDI-015051 can be used for research on COVID-19 and the replication mechanism of coronaviruses .The IC50 values of TDI-015051 against SARS-CoV-2, α-hCoV-NL63, α-hCoV-229E, β-hCoV-MERS are 0.15 nM, 1.7 nM, 2.6 nM and 3.6 nM, respectively, and the Ka value against SARS-CoV-2 is 0.061 nM .
